Vintage 1950's Era 16” Baby Doll with Night Gown Clothing Made by

Vintage 1950's Era 16” Baby Doll with Night Gown Clothing Made by Arrow Rubber. Marked on the back side neck Arrow Rubber. I am sure the clothes are original. Came with 1 sock as shown, missing the other sock, no shoes as I doubt it ever had any. Doll  was found in an old steamer trunk and is soiled with clothing also needing cleaning. I did some cleaning of the exposed rubber parts, I am sure it will clean up nicely with more effort. See my detailed photos.

Arrow Rubber & Plastics Corporation made thousands of hard plastic, rubber and vinyl dolls in the USA from the late 1940s, until sometime in the 1960s.  Edward Mobley designed dolls and toys for Sun Rubber, later for Arrow Rubber an can be noted from his name in their respective markings.
Arrow is a doll and toy maker mainly known for knock off or look a likes, that were reasonably priced and of fairly good quality dolls.  They also made rubber animal and small dolls squeak toys.
